Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a technology platform within its portfolio, including AI-powered tools and workflow systems. You will define the roadmap, frame problems, build cases, and drive delivery with minimal direction.

The role collaborates with engineers, analysts, and field staff, translating SME requirements into specifications, leading demos, and guiding adoption across teams. You will mentor peers and champion data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of product management experience with full ownership of a platform.
Ability to operate across strategic and tactical work independently.
Experience running user research and usability testing.
Experience using AI-assisted design tools (Claude Design or Magic Patterns) for wireframes and prototypes.
Excellent written and verbal communication, tailoring detail to audience.
Ability to elicit requirements from subject matter experts and translate into buildable specs.
Experience turning legacy processes into modern app-based workflows.
Experience delivering AI-powered features or automation.
Comfort presenting demos to end users and handling questions.
Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.
Experience with agile development and working with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Own the platform roadmap and backlog; be the accountable owner.
Drive strategic and tactical work from multi-quarter plans to story writing.
Maintain a discovery runway and prep upcoming work.
Develop UI/UX of roadmap items and validate with users using AI-assisted prototypes.
Lead platform demos, release communications, and user meetings.
Mentor other Product Managers and Business Analysts.
Collaborate with product, development, and engineering teams.
