Johnny's Selected Seeds seeks a Senior Product Manager to shape and optimize its Farm Tools & Supplies portfolio for small-scale, organic, and market growers. You will own portfolio P&L, drive multi-year strategy, and lead end-to-end development with internal teams and external vendors.

The role requires collaboration across Engineering, R&D, and operations to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and customer value, with potential hybrid work after established onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with project management experience.
• Ability to translate grower needs into practical product solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated passion for sustainable agriculture and small-scale farming.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development for new tools and supplies from concept to launch.
• Own product line strategy, market insight, and portfolio performance.
• Build vendor relationships and negotiate agreements for manufacturing and supply.
• Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, and operations to ensure quality and usability.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care on GTM plans.
