Job summary

BambooHR is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own Expense Management end-to-end. You will partner with an embedded provider to define data boundaries, APIs, and a unified BambooHR experience. The role emphasizes ruthless prioritization, early releases, and data-driven evolution of the product.

You’ll lead a product trio, craft strategy from discovery to growth, and leverage AI to enhance research, prototyping, and decision-making. Utah-based hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a product manager with a track record of shipping.
• Experience in expense, spend management, payroll, fintech, or payments.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, or partner-led ecosystems.
• AI-enabled product development experience preferred.
• Ability to decide autonomously and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the 'Expense Management' product line end-to-end.
• Collaborate with embedded partner to define seams and data boundaries.
• Prioritize scope and ship iterative releases.
• Define and measure adoption, time-to-reimburse, and related metrics.
• Lead a small product trio and maintain high quality releases.
