Brex Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Expenses to architect and lead our enterprise expense management platform.

You will own the end-to-end strategy, drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, Accounting, Sales, and Customer Success, and leverage AI to reduce routine work while surfacing critical exceptions for review. Qualifications

• A track record of leading complex enterprise workflow or systems products.
• Strong technical fluency in backend systems, data models, integrations.
• Experience applying AI to automate routine tasks while preserving accuracy.
• Ability to unite multiple domains under one strategy and operating model.
• Experience with expense management or related ERP/procurement domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy for enterprise expense management.
• Unify documentation, policy, compliance, approvals, substantiation, audit, ERP readiness.
• Define systems, data models, configurations, and controls for complex environments.
• Align product teams around the complete expense lifecycle.
• Use AI to automate routine work and route only judgment-heavy exceptions.
• Collaborate with Design to create intuitive enterprise workflows.
