Job summary

Bamboo Health is seeking a Product Owner to collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and operations to deliver impactful healthcare tech solutions. You’ll define requirements, manage backlogs, and support customer-facing products in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery within budget, document requirements, and monitor metrics to guide data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business analyst, product owner, or APM experience.
• Experience driving projects with multiple stakeholders from diverse disciplines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated use of AI-supported tools to save time or improve output.
• Comfort learning new AI and automation tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Learn from senior team members and contribute to the team's success by providing insights and assistance.
• Collaborate with PMs and cross-functional teams to define product requirements and features; work with engineering to deliver on time and within budget.
• Communicate product status, progress, and upcoming releases to stakeholders, executives, and customers.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including internal user guides and release notes.
• Monitor key product metrics and analytics to identify improvements and make data-driven decisions.
• Use AI-supported tools to speed up day-to-day PO work—drafting requirements, summarizing feedback, writing release notes.
