Job summary

BambooHR is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own Expense Management end-to-end, from discovery to delivery and growth. You will shape what we build in-house and what we deliver through an embedded partner, ensuring a seamless BambooHR experience for customers.

In this hybrid Utah-based role, you’ll lead a cross-functional product trio with engineers and designers, apply AI to research and data, and decide on tradeoffs with minimal governance to ship impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a product manager with a track record of shipping products users love.
• Experience with expense or spend management, payroll, fintech, accounting, or payments.

Responsibilities

• Own the Expense Management product end-to-end from discovery to growth.
• Define how we work with an embedded partner and manage API commitments.
• Coordinate with engineers and designers to deliver a seamless BambooHR experience.
• Champion AI-driven approaches to improve product discovery, decision making, and outcomes.
