Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in B2B/enterprise SaaS.
• Experience leading research programs and customer feedback loops.
• Expertise in SaaS metrics, unit economics, and business strategy.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise deployments in regulated industries.
• Strong analytical frameworks for complex decision-making.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead product discovery through customer interviews, data analysis, and market research to identify valuable, usable, and feasible solutions for our utility and agency customers.
• Create and maintain product artifacts while driving the process from conception through go-to-market, including beta testing and rollout strategies.
• Partner with engineering teams to define technical solutions and success metrics that align with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap and vision based on customer needs, market opportunities, and business strategy.
• Build strong relationships with utility and other customers to deeply understand their workflows and pain points.
• Collaborate across sales and customer success teams to gather feedback and market requirements.
• Continuously refine product features based on customer feedback and emerging market needs.
• Assist with product pricing and packaging strategies.
