You will drive product roadmaps, partner with Engineering, Customer Success, Delivery, and Sales to deliver secure, scalable data products, and advance AI-enabled features with strong governance. The role emphasizes governance, security, and responsible AI practices, with a focus on customer outcomes, adoption, and measurable business impact in Utilities and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
7+ years of product management in enterprise software.
Translate customer problems into measurable product outcomes.
Experience with cloud platforms, data architectures, and analytics solutions.
Strong communication to influence technical, commercial, and executive audiences.
Experience leading cross‑functional, agile initiatives.
Commitment to customer‑centric product development and governance.

Responsibilities

Define strategy, vision, and roadmap for IEOS Data Platform and related capabilities.
Develop governed data products and data-sharing offerings for scalable deployment.
Translate customer challenges into product requirements and measurable outcomes.
Define security, reliability, and compliance requirements for data platforms.
Package IEOS data products for analytics environments (Snowflake, Databricks).
Apply shared AI capabilities with governance, explainability, and auditability.
