Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, communications, finance, compliance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, program management, or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering tech solutions for regulated processes, governance workflows, or compliance capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of Agile product management and the product lifecycle, including requirements, backlogs, acceptance criteria.
• Ability to translate objectives, regulatory obligations, and customer needs into clear priorities.
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional discussions and communicate roadmaps to senior leaders.
• Use of operational data, customer feedback, and risk in decision making.
