Job summary

Charles Schwab seeks a Senior Product Manager (Data Platforms) to define strategy, roadmaps, and adoption of enterprise data platforms. You will lead cross-functional programs and align business, analytics, architecture, governance, and engineering around measurable platform outcomes.

This individual contributor role shapes direction, engages senior leaders, and translates strategy into coordinated execution, with a focus on scalable platform governance and health.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management, data platforms, or senior business analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, or related field.
• Strong ability to design governance, operating models and delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and own vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for data platforms.
• Collaborate with data engineering, architecture, governance, and business teams.
• Lead release planning, change enablement, training, and post-launch measurement.
• Translate business needs into platform features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Establish governance, adoption standards, and success metrics enterprise-wide.
