Job summary

Pearl Certification is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Pearl PRO, the professional side of Pearl’s platform. You will own strategy, roadmap, discovery, and delivery for Pearl PRO across web and mobile, reporting to the SVP Product.

You’ll craft consumer-grade experiences for a professional user base, translating agent workflows into a trusted, efficient product with AI-enabled enhancements and strong cross-functional collaboration. This is a high-autonomy, end-to-end product ownership role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Ability to own end-to-end product outcomes.
• Experience shipping consumer-grade experiences on web and mobile.
• Real estate experience is a strong plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; high autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Own Pearl PRO product strategy and roadmap with SVP Product.
• Be the accountable owner for Pearl PRO outcomes (adoption, engagement, satisfaction).
• Write clear specs for design and engineering.
• Develop deep understanding of real estate agents’ workflows.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and success teams to ground the roadmap in field signals.
• Identify AI opportunities to improve agent experience.
