Job summary

DTN seeks a commercially-minded Product Manager for its Energy and Refined Fuels SaaS business. You will work with customers, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to translate market needs into product priorities and growth initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring data-driven decision making, strong product management fundamentals, and experience shaping product strategy, modernization, and migration programs to drive adoption and profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong product management fundamentals.
• Data-driven, market and customer insights translate into capabilities.
• Experience with SaaS products and product launches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product strategies and roadmaps based on customer needs and market insights.
• Engage with customers to understand workflows and outcomes, including modernization and migration programs.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities based on customer value and commercial potential.
• Define and prioritize capabilities, translating challenges into outcomes for Engineering.
• Partner with Engineering throughout discovery and delivery to ensure measurable value.
• Communicate priorities and tradeoffs to stakeholders with clear roadmaps.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure adoption and value; use insights for decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing on positioning, launches and adoption.
