Raymond James Financial, Inc. seeks an experienced Product Leader to own the lifecycle of electronic trading products for Global Equities.

You will partner with trading desks to translate business priorities into executable technology outcomes, manage backlogs, and lead cross-functional delivery across Trading, Engineering, Operations, Risk, and Compliance. You will drive platform modernization, governance, and client enablement while partnering with vendors and market data providers to advance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field with 7+ years in product management in financial services.
Demonstrated experience partnering with trading desks and cross-functional teams.
Experience owning products through full lifecycle: roadmap, delivery, and enhancement.
Proven track record with electronic trading platforms, OMS/EMS, routing or market data.
Experience with platform modernization, migration, or technology replacement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technology product partner for assigned Global Equities trading desks and platforms.
Own the product lifecycle including strategy, roadmap, modernization, backlog, delivery, and client enablement.
Translate business priorities into clear product priorities and executable technology outcomes.
Own and prioritize backlogs and investment recommendations based on value, risk, and dependencies.
Lead requirements definition ensuring acceptance criteria are understood by Engineering.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Trading, Engineering, Operations, Risk, and Compliance.
Identify tradeoffs, risks, and decisions; make recommendations when priorities conflict.
Provide product leadership during production incidents and escalations.
Evaluate and modernize trading platforms to meet business and regulatory needs.
Support client enablement and growth through changes to electronic trading capabilities.
Partner with Compliance and Risk to embed controls and governance.
Engage with vendors, venues, market-data providers to drive delivery and strategy.
Establish success measures using metrics and feedback to drive prioritization.
Monitor developments in electronic trading to identify risks and opportunities.
Communicate strategy and status clearly to stakeholders, including senior management.
Contribute to interviewing, onboarding, and development of Product Team members.
Perform other duties as assigned.
