Raymond James is seeking a Lead Analyst for our Trading Technology team in Saint Petersburg, FL. You will drive full analysis lifecycles, partner with business and tech teams, and shape scalable solutions for advisor-facing trading platforms.

You will translate goals into technical requirements, lead discovery, design, and UAT, while guiding teams and managing multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment. Strong domain knowledge in financial services is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of general experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Experience with equities, options, and mutual funds trading workflows is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with market structure, order life cycles, and trade processing helps.
• Strong communication and collaboration across business and tech teams are essential.
• Hybrid work model with in-office days in St. Petersburg, FL.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, documentation, and stewardship of business requirements for complex initiatives.
• Translate goals into actionable technical requirements and user stories.
• Performance of gap analyses and impact evaluations to shape designs.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, UX, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Facilitate UAT, validate scenarios, and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Produce process flows, wireframes, and documentation to support adoption.
• Act as SME for assigned systems and guide cross-functional teams.
• Support production issue resolution and participate in after-hours on-call.
• Champion risk management, change control, and issue tracking throughout projects.
