Job summary

Nasdaq, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager Specialist to support the Ocean trading platform portfolio. You will help manage requirements, roadmaps, and client implementations across matching, surveillance, regulatory reporting, infrastructure, and related solutions.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, operations, and compliance to deliver product capabilities for U.S. equities trading in a fast-paced capital-markets environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years in capital markets, fintech, or electronic trading.
• 5+ years in product management or similar roles.
• Knowledge of U.S. equities trading, market structure, ATSs, or broker-dealer environments.

Responsibilities

• Support product strategy, roadmaps, market research, and prioritization for U.S. equities trading solutions.
• Assist with pre-sales discovery, demonstrations, proposals, client presentations, solution scoping, and RFI responses.
• Translate client needs into requirements for matching engines, surveillance, regulatory reporting, infrastructure, hardware, and software.
• Coordinate with product management, engineering and operations on delivery, deployment, change management, and releases.
