Job summary

Amplify is a pioneer in K–12 education, partnering with educators to deliver rigorous, engaging curriculum and assessments. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to dream up, design, and deliver transformative classroom experiences across ELA, math, and science.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, ed tech, or consumer tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Startup and growth experience in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and ownership is essential.
• Proven track record of end-to-end product delivery from vision through launch and iteration.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to align diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholders and leadership.
• AI enthusiasm and ability to shape AI-powered experiences.
• Technical literacy and collaboration with engineers to solve hard problems.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, and 12–18 month roadmap for the curriculum.
• Set quarterly OKRs and monitor metrics to drive retention, engagement, and revenue.
• Own research initiatives and release plans with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to define product specifications and durability.
• Advocate for users through qualitative and quantitative research.
• Analyze competitors and market trends to inform future plans.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Lead ceremonies for multiple teams and resolve blockers within 24 hours.
• Influence senior leadership around product vision and roadmap.
• Enable go-to-market success with Marketing, Sales and CX.
