Job summary

Amplify is seeking a Product Manager to lead cross‑functional teams and own a product area from concept through delivery. You will shape a 6–12 month roadmap, balance feature development with technical debt, and champion customer needs to improve teacher efficiency and student outcomes.

You will partner with engineering, design, writers, and learning scientists to deliver high‑impact classroom experiences, leveraging data to iterate and succeed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in EdTech, SaaS, or complex B2B2C environments.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to ship features from concept to launch.
• Experience in Agile environments with sprint cycles and discovery techniques.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area with a 6–12 month roadmap balancing features and debt.
• Champion customers and translate insights into improvements.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including engineering and design.
• Develop detailed release plans and backlogs and monitor key results.
• Identify AI opportunities and validate feasibility before broad release.
• Communicate progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
