Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Product Manager to drive continuous improvement of the Student Outcomes Technology product portfolio. You will collaborate with teams across engineering, content development, marketing, and school-facing support to deliver a strong, user-focused product roadmap.

Responsibilities include stakeholder communication, business case development, and measuring product KPIs. Applicants should have strong Agile experience and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in product management, business analysis, or similar role in ed tech or SaaS.
• Ability to synthesize and prioritize needs of multiple stakeholders.
• Convert data points into actionable plans for end users.
• Proven ability to manage complex large-scale projects under constraints.
• Agile experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively develop and refine product roadmaps based on strategy and investment priorities.
• Translate customer needs into clear problem statements from feedback and direct interactions.
• Build rapport with business owners, engineering, architecture, and other stakeholders.
• Draft business cases with defined business value and success metrics.
• Ensure non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and reliability are met.
