Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Product Manager to oversee the Student Outcomes Technology portfolio, partnering with the Team Manager of Product Management to drive continuous product improvement and align roadmaps with customer needs.

You will work with cross-functional teams—engineering, content, marketing, and education support—advancing AI-enabled discovery, planning, and delivery while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management or similar role, preferably in educational technology or SaaS.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across levels.
• Familiarity with online curriculum or school/district operations.
• Ability to translate user needs into actionable roadmaps and business cases.
• Experience with Agile software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively develop and refine product roadmaps aligned with strategy and priorities.
• Translate customer needs into problem statements and roadmap features.
• Build trust with business owners, engineering, and stakeholders.
• Draft business cases with value and success metrics.
• Monitor product performance and KPIs, reporting insights.
• Lead change management and communicate product vision clearly.
• Work with research teams to measure efficacy of digital products.
• Stay current with AI trends to identify opportunities.
• Experiment with AI to improve discovery, planning, and delivery processes.
