Pearson is seeking a Product Manager to partner with the Team Manager of Product Management for Student Outcomes Technology. You will manage the portfolio, assess market needs, define a roadmap, monitor delivery, and communicate with stakeholders.

The role touches content rendering, assessment services, third-party content integrations, and related services. You will work with cross-functional teams including software engineering, content development, marketing, sales, and school-facing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of product management or a similar role, preferably in educational technology or SaaS.
• Ability to synthesize and prioritize the needs of multiple stakeholder groups.
• Agile experience with software development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Develop and refine product roadmaps based on strategy and investment priorities.
• Understand customer needs through regular interaction and feedback; translate into clear problem statements.
• Build rapport with business owners, engineering, and stakeholders.
• Draft business cases with defined business value and success metrics.
• Support quality management by integrating performance, security, and non-functional requirements.
• Evaluate and share product KPIs and outcomes.
• Communicate product vision clearly to all stakeholders.
• Lead change management and adoption of AI-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with research teams to define, measure, and improve efficacy of digital products.
• Stay updated on industry trends and identify new opportunities.
