Job summary

Amazon’s Alexa Echo Devices team seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the in-market portfolio for the Echo device family. You will oversee product lifecycle from post-launch through end-of-life, balancing user experience, business impact, and engineering feasibility across device generations and customer segments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.

Responsibilities

• Own the Monthly Business Review (MBR) as the primary mechanism for inspecting device performance and driving cross-functional action.
• Define the sustaining product roadmap and lifecycle management strategy at the portfolio level.
• Lead global upgrade conversion and new customer acquisition efforts to grow the installed base.
• Translate field data into clear investment priorities and inform next-generation Echo development.
