Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly business review process as the primary mechanism for device performance inspection and cross-functional action; leverage data to mitigate customer pain points.
• Drive feature improvements across multiple technology stacks to lead global upgrade conversion and new customer acquisition strategy.
• Define the sustaining product roadmap including device improvements, experience enhancements, and cost optimization programs.
• Develop a product lifecycle management and strategy plan across the portfolio.
• Shape how next-generation capabilities are delivered across device hardware generations with varying compute profiles.
• Translate device performance data and funnel analytics into investment priorities.
• Inform next-generation product development with lifecycle learnings and field insights.
