Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.

Responsibilities

• You will own the Monthly Business Review (MBR) as the primary mechanism for inspecting device performance and driving cross-functional action.
• Using telemetry, star ratings, reviews, latency data, and sales performance, you will identify what needs to change and drive post-launch improvements.
• You will define the sustaining product roadmap, develop the full lifecycle management strategy, and lead global upgrade conversion and new customer acquisition efforts.
• When a product faces challenges, you will determine trade-offs and own the recommendation to leadership.
• You will translate field data, upgrade funnel analytics, and lifecycle impact analysis into clear investment priorities for next-generation Echo product development.
