Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems in Minneapolis seeks a Digital Product Manager to define product vision and strategy for one or more digital healthcare products, guiding lifecycle from discovery to delivery while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will partner with design, engineering, clinical and quality teams, lead cross-functional discovery, measure outcomes, and align with enterprise digital strategy. 7+ years of digital product management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in digital product management or related roles.
• Ability to develop product strategy and roadmaps, lead discovery, prioritize investments, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong customer orientation with experience using research, analytics, experimentation, and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and outcome-based roadmap aligned with digital strategy.
• Lead cross-functional discovery to validate problems and evaluate solution options.
• Ensure product decisions reflect user needs, regulatory obligations, and enterprise priorities.
• Partner with design, engineering, data, quality, regulatory, and other stakeholders to deliver compliant digital solutions.
