Bio-Rad Laboratories is seeking an R&D Staff Scientist to drive the expansion and support of our quality control product lines in Irvine, CA. You will lead development efforts, mentor Research Associates, and collaborate with Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs to deliver QC products to market.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 7 to 10 years of industry experience designing, executing, and launching clinical diagnostic products.
• Strong product development track record within general clinical chemistry, molecular, hematology, or similar product formulations.
• Aptitude for writing clear research study protocols, reports, and SOPs with strong presentation skills to senior management, review boards, and peers.
