Bio-Rad Laboratories in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Manager, Informatics to lead reliability, security, and scalability of Quality System Informatics. In this hybrid role, you’ll shape roadmap, drive standards for SSO, cybersecurity, and shared services, and partner with engineering, security, and support to deliver high-quality releases.

You will own the product vision, articulate tradeoffs, and communicate effectively with executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in product management in diagnostics/biotech or related systems roles.
• Strong product discovery skills translating needs into a strategic roadmap of solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Technical fluency across platform foundations (integrations/ connectivity, identity/SSO, cybersecurity, accessibility, reliability).

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and distill insights into a strategic roadmap for platform solutions.
• Own and communicate product vision, priorities, and tradeoffs for core platform capabilities.
• Partner with engineering, commercial teams and support to deliver roadmap outcomes and unblock teams to ship on time.
• Set platform standards and release readiness criteria for security, quality, and supportability.
• Communicate with stakeholders to translate problems and platform complexity into clear decisions and status.
