Responsibilities

Manage the product lifecycle and lead RDF/RMS-related initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, vendors to gather requirements and execute deliverables.
Create and communicate product roadmaps and alignment with priorities.
Identify and improve key product metrics using insights and data.
Gather and analyze medium to complex business and technical requirements for demand forecasting.
Define MVP criteria to enable timely enhancements and new capabilities.
Lead cross-functional teams in backlog refinement and Agile planning.
Facilitate requirements walkthroughs, workshops, and sprint planning sessions.
Estimate work with delivery teams and plan program increments and sprints.
Identify dependencies, risks, and issues and drive resolution.
Break down complex visions into initiatives, features, and deliverables.
Communicate priorities and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
