Eliassen Group is seeking a Product Manager for a remote contract engagement to lead planning and execution across RDF and RMS systems in a retail context. You will gather requirements, define vision, and align delivery with revenue and customer objectives while collaborating with stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and partners.

The role emphasizes agile practices, prioritization, backlog management, MVP criteria, and cross‑functional leadership to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demand forecasting experience in a retail context.
• Experience in product management across planning, roadmaps, prioritization, and delivery.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration with business teams, technical teams, vendors, and third parties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience presenting information to business leaders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical requirements.
• Experience with Agile practices including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and PI planning.
• Ability to manage dependencies, identify risks, and coordinate across teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage the technical aspects of the product throughout its lifecycle, supporting RDF implementation and ongoing development.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and third parties to gather requirements and align priorities.
• Create, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps and near-term delivery plans.
• Identify, measure, and improve key product metrics using insights and data.
• Gather and analyze medium to complex business/technical requirements for demand forecasting.
• Define MVP criteria to enable timely feature delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams in refining and prioritizing requirements in backlogs and Agile tools.
• Facilitate requirements walkthroughs, stakeholder demos, and sprint planning for alignment.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to estimate work and set priorities through PI and sprint planning.
• Identify and manage dependencies, issues, and risks impacting development and delivery.
• Break down complex visions into initiatives, features, and deliverables.
• Communicate priorities, progress, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
