Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal Demand Planner to lead forecasting and decision-making through rigorous modeling, business intelligence, and market analysis. The role requires translating complex findings into clear recommendations and cross-functional coordination to improve inputs and methods used for strategic demand forecasting.

Responsibilities include developing long-range demand models, consolidating large data sets, and presenting plans and risks to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel modeling skills with multiple inputs, assumptions, and scenarios.
• Advanced ability to consolidate, validate, and analyze large data sets from multiple sources.
• Experience forecasting server, storage, and networking demand.
• Experience with infrastructure hardware and BOM interpretation.
• Ability to communicate complex findings to executives clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end long-range demand models at multiple levels to inform supply chain planning.
• Consolidate data from multiple systems, validate quality, and investigate variances.
• Build demand plans using historical patterns, trends, and inputs from stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to obtain complete inputs for planning processes.
