Intuit’s Technology Strategic Programs organization seeks a Senior Staff Product Manager to own the execution data platform end to end, set strategy and roadmap, and translate the needs of program managers and senior technology leaders into crisp, buildable requirements for a platform that blends data infrastructure with AI-native experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management designing and delivering world-class platform, data, or large-scale enterprise products.
• Experience with AI/ML-powered products.
• Delivery of API-first or agent-consumable offerings.
• Experience navigating enterprise data governance.
• BS/MS in a technical field preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the product end to end; define vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for the execution data platform.
• Drive prioritization of data onboarding and determine data sources to integrate next.
• Translate customer needs into requirements, data contracts, and success metrics.
• Define durable, reusable capabilities across sources, entities, and skills.
• Partner with engineering and architecture; AI-first mindset on retrieval, grounding, and agent orchestration.
• Own trust, privacy, and governance; define access controls and auditability.
• Set metrics; use data and AI-augmented analysis to drive prioritization.
• Build coalition across product, eng, PM and business teams.
• Represent product to CTO-level leadership in narratives, demos, and forums.
• Raise the bar; mentor PMs and evangelize AI capabilities.
