Q2 is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and governance for PrecisionLender’s Q2 Assistant Platform, including Skills and AI-powered agents. You'll translate client needs into scalable platform capabilities and align stakeholders across data, engineering, and sales.

The role emphasizes governance, pricing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on delivering trusted AI-enabled banking tools in regulated environments. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience owning strategy and roadmap for a platform or suite of related capabilities
• Experience with AI-powered products and regulated industries
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, sequencing, and lifecycle for PrecisionLender’s Q2 Assistant Platform
• Define product strategy based on customer needs, market trends, and regulatory considerations
• Establish governance and quality standards for core and custom platform capabilities
• Develop business cases, pricing, packaging, forecasts, and investment recommendations
• Partner with Engineering, Product Owners, and Data teams to prioritize work from discovery through GA
• Monitor adoption, performance, and customer feedback to guide investment and improvement
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data, Delivery, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Operations
• Represent Q2 Assistant with customers, prospects, executives, and industry stakeholders
