Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Economics or related discipline is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in data product management, platform development, data engineering, or related fields.
• Experience with third-party identity resolution and data enrichment vendors (e.g., Acxiom, TransUnion, Experian).
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional engineering teams and complex enterprise data migrations.
• Familiarity with identity resolution, authentication flows, and data enrichment pipelines.
• Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and scalable data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for centralized data platform aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Architecture, Privacy, Governance, and Business Teams to build scalable, compliant data products.
• Manage integrations with identity matching and data enrichment vendors to enhance demographic profiles.
• Own onboarding processes for new business units’ customer data into the centralized platform for enrichment and activation.
• Oversee data processes with upstream/downstream partner teams to ensure timely data flow for decision-making.
• Enable data activation for analytics, ML, and marketing use cases with accessible data.
