Disney Experiences Technology & Digital is seeking a hands-on leader to drive data product development. You will lead engineers building pipelines for consumer data, ensuring freshness, security, and privacy while delivering features aligned with the roadmap.

You will report to a Senior Manager or Director within Data Products & Platform and collaborate across Disney Experiences and the broader company.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of related work experience with 3+ years in engineering leadership.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, warehousing, analytics, and data science concepts.
• Experience with Snowflake and BigQuery platforms.
• Familiarity with Lakehouse architectures and Parquet/Iceberg formats.
• Experience building automated ETL/ELT data pipelines at scale.
• Experience with dbt and Airflow for data transformation/orchestration.
• Knowledge of data quality tooling and privacy regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence across a matrixed org.

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into engineering work.
• Execute against data product strategy and roadmaps for guest experiences.
• Promote best practices and standards in data and engineering.
• Serve as a technical resource on delivery capabilities and processes.
• Support data collection strategies while ensuring privacy compliance.
• Stay current with product direction and privacy landscape changes.
