Job summary

TA Realty LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Data and AI Platforms in Boston to own the roadmap and define success for our data platform. You will work with investment, asset management, and finance teams to turn problems into testable definitions that engineers and AI agents can build against.

You will prototype with SQL and AI tools, ensure adoption through measurable outcomes, and collaborate with Data Engineering to validate and release features.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, technical program management, or analytics delivery, incl. 2+ years owning a data/analytics/internal platform product.
• Proven track record turning ambiguous business problems into shipped, adopted outcomes.
• Fluent in data; can read SQL, discuss warehouse and BI design with engineers (BigQuery, Power BI).
• Hands-on use of AI tools to prototype, draft specs, and evaluate outputs.
• Ability to define success via metrics, acceptance tests, and evals.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for data and AI platform with clear tradeoffs and measurable outcomes.
• Manage intake and discovery; turn one-off requests into reusable platform capabilities.
• Write precise problem statements, metric definitions, and acceptance criteria including AI outputs.
• Develop prototypes using SQL and AI tools to test ideas against real data before engineering time is spent.
• Own validation and release readiness with Data Engineering and automate checks where possible.
• Define usage and outcome metrics, read the data, and drive adoption; keep docs and training current with AI drafting assistance.
• Maintain source-of-truth definitions, permissions, and quality standards for auditors.
• Maintain a light, useful delivery cadence with Technology, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Provide leadership with an honest view of progress, risks, and value delivered.
