Bain Capital in Boston, MA is seeking a Business System Manager/Product Manager focused on Real Estate to drive requirements, design solutions, and support technology initiatives across Private and Strategic Investments.

This role partners with Real Estate, Deal, Portfolio and Finance teams to implement AI-enabled processes, develop use cases, and mentor junior staff while ensuring smooth production support and training.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems and/or finance.
• Master's Degree with concentration in finance or technology preferred.
• 7+ years of experience.
• AI enablement: fluency with generative AI tools and applying them to deliver business solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Form strong working relationships with internal users to facilitate application support.
• Gather, validate, document, and facilitate implementation of business requirements.
• Lead and participate in system planning and testing.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and support system training/documentation.
• Fulfill responsibilities related to production support and development projects simultaneously.
• Develop and own documentation in support of technology requests.
• Mentor junior team members.
