Jobgether seeks a Senior AI Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered data platforms for institutional real estate clients. The role is highly autonomous, focusing on end-to-end delivery, data governance, and AI-enabled workflows in a remote-first environment.

You will collaborate with engineering, data, architecture, and business teams to map data, implement LLM-based solutions, and ensure auditable, accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management with full lifecycle ownership.
• 2+ years in institutional real estate or related sector.
• Strong understanding of real estate operations and financial concepts.
• Experience delivering data platform products with focus on data reliability and governance.
• Proficiency with AI/LLM-based information extraction and automation.
• Experience with Azure, Synapse, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from discovery to handover.
• Define milestones, scope, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes with clients.
• Establish data foundations including data quality, lineage, and governance.
• Translate business needs into product specifications and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for AI agents and automated reporting within workflows.
• Manage client relationships and ensure on-time delivery within fixed-fee engagements.
