Future Works is a US-focused, AI-native professional services firm delivering custom data and AI platforms for institutional real estate owners, operators, and fund managers. You will lead a fixed-fee, fixed-date engagements, coordinating a cross-functional team to map data, design views, and ensure tight governance.

You will own end-to-end delivery, defining gate criteria, managing scope, and guiding AI-enabled extraction and reporting.

Competenze

• 5+ years in product management delivering custom software for external clients.
• Real estate domain depth with 2+ years serving institutional real estate players.
• Real estate systems fluency with Yardi/MRI/RealPage and at least one PM platform (Juniper Square, Altrio, VTS, ARGUS, Pereview).
• Data platform product experience with data warehouses, lakes or BI products.
• Technical knowledge in AI, LLM extraction, retrieval with cited sources, and agent workflows.
• Microsoft data stack literacy and delivery into Azure/Fabric/Synapse/Power BI.

Mansioni

• Own the cycle end to end across discovery, data mapping, platform build and handover.
• Run gate-based delivery and define criteria, evidence and acceptance with the client.
• Put the data foundation first with source mapping, data quality rules and lineage.
• Define views with asset management, finance, investor relations and deal teams.
• Decide where AI belongs and where it does not across the cycle.
• Own the client relationship at working level and report progress clearly.
• Land retirement and handover, migrate history and train teams.
