• 5+ years of product management experience in e-commerce or digital consumer products.
• Owned products from strategy through execution with measurable outcomes.
• Experience building strategies and roadmaps balancing customer needs and business priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data and experimentation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Engineering, UX, Merchandising and Marketing to ship features that move key KPIs.
• Define and execute a two-year product strategy for customer bottom-of-funnel domains.
• Drive high-velocity experimentation with A/B testing to optimize the buying flow.
• Conduct data analysis, usability testing, and customer research to identify friction points.
• Lead the design and implementation of post-discovery flows to reduce drop-off and boost lifetime value.
• Lead agile sprint cycles delivering UX improvements while maintaining a scalable transactional foundation.
• Communicate product vision and roadmap priorities to executives and cross-functional partners.
