Thrive Market is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a consumer-facing part of the shopping experience end to end, from roadmap to measurable outcomes. You will run the experimentation program and collaborate daily with a product designer, analytics partner, engineering manager, and 6 to 10 engineers to ship product changes that improve member clarity and confidence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience building consumer-facing products.
• 2+ years at the senior level owning a high-traffic surface.
• Experience running A/B tests and measuring impact.

Responsibilities

• Set the roadmap and strategy for your product area, prioritizing improvements.
• Build and run an experimentation program with design, analytics, and engineering partners.
• Collaborate daily with a pod of engineers to ship product changes quickly.
