Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Product Manager to join the Profile team, the unified view of the Autodesk customer. Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management for APIs, platform services, data products, or developer tools.
• Proven ability to set direction and rally cross-functional teams through influence rather than formal authority
• Strong stakeholder management, communicating early, anticipating needs, and building alignment with peers and senior leadership
• Strong customer empathy, turning research and insights into product decisions that address real user needs
• Strategic thinking that connects customer problems to product strategy, business outcomes, and clear KPIs
• Disciplined prioritization, balancing the competing needs of many consumers behind a single, coherent product
• Technical depth to read an API specification, reason about data structure, freshness, latency, and scale, and earn the trust of senior engineers
• A compelling communicator and storyteller who drives adoption by customers and internal teams
• Fluency in product discovery, validating value, usability, feasibility, and business risk with qualitative and quantitative methods
• A track record of leading delivery end to end and driving successful launch and adoption
• A data-driven approach, instrumenting products and turning data into decisions

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the roadmap for expanding the customer view.
• Partner with engineering to advance the automated pathway that lets systems across Autodesk publish their data into Profile.
• Strengthen Profile as the authoritative home for customer data, keeping the real-time and analytics views consistent.
• Serve real-time, analytics, and AI consumers, including assistants and agents, defining what each can expect for freshness, speed, and reliability.
• Be the main point of contact for the teams that use Profile and supply its data, championing its value and making it easy to adopt.
• Expand Profile into high-impact new uses, from personalization to fraud and risk.
• Treat privacy and compliance as core product requirements, partnering closely with our security, legal, and trust teams.
• Use data to demonstrate Profile's impact, reporting the measures that matter most, from adoption and reliability to business outcomes.
• Communicate clear product requirements and drive delivery with the team.
• Keep stakeholders informed on status, risks, and changes across launches and deprecations.
• Be the go-to expert and advocate for Profile, keeping documentation current and supporting the teams that build on it
