Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Product Manager to join the Profile team, the unified view of the Autodesk customer. You will own the vision and roadmap for this data-centric work, partnering with engineering to deliver APIs on Autodesk Platform Services and balancing needs across website, product teams, AI assistants, data scientists, analysts, and external developers.

• Be the main point of contact for the teams that use Profile and supply its data, championing its value and making it easy to adopt.

• Treat privacy and compliance as core product requirements, partnering closely with our security, legal, and trust teams.
• Use data to demonstrate Profile's impact, reporting the measures that matter most, from adoption and reliability to business outcomes.
• Communicate clear product requirements and drive delivery with the team.
• Keep stakeholders informed on status, risks, and changes across launches and deprecations.
• Be the go-to expert and advocate for Profile, keeping documentation current and supporting the teams that build on it

Position Overview

Autodesk is hiring a Product Manager to join the Profile team. Profile is the trusted, unified view of the Autodesk customer. It brings together what customers tell us, how they use our products, and what we understand about their needs, and makes it available to teams across Autodesk and to external developers through one consistent set of APIs on Autodesk Platform Services. As the definitive source of truth about the customer, Profile powers the personalized, intelligent, and AI-driven experiences across every Autodesk product and platform. Profile delivers this today through two complementary services: a real-time service for products that need customer context instantly, and a data store that powers analytics and AI.On this foundation, the team continues to extend Profile's reach: adding new types of customer information, onboarding more systems that publish their data automatically, and deepening Profile's role as the authoritative home for customer data. As a Product Manager on the team, you will own the vision and roadmap for this work, partner with engineering to deliver it, and balance the needs of many users, including our website and product teams, AI assistants, data scientists and analysts, external developers, and the partner teams that supply Profile's data. We are looking for a technically fluent, collaborative product manager who leads through influence, enjoys the detail of how data and systems connect, and understands that personalization and AI are only as good as the information behind them.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building customer data platforms, a unified customer view, or systems that manage identity, entitlements, or master data
• Experience managing a public or developer-facing API, including API design, versioning, deprecation, and developer experience
• Experience with data technologies such as Snowflake, Spark, Kafka, or GraphQL, and with streaming or event-driven data
• Experience shipping products built on personal data, including consent, privacy, and regional data-residency requirements
• Experience with personalization or recommendations, or building products consumed by AI assistants and agents
• Experience driving adoption across a large product portfolio, where success depends on persuading many independent teams
• Familiarity with Autodesk Platform Services or comparable developer platforms

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $128,000 and $228,690. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
