Job summary

Autodesk's Technical Advisory organization is transforming traditional consulting into a digital-first platform strategy. The Senior Manager, Product Management will define the platform vision and own the roadmap, leading a product team responsible for platform capabilities, industry solutions, tools, and services.

You will partner with Content & Knowledge, Architecture, and GTM to validate direction with customers and field teams, launch the first digital offering, and establish discovery

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with progressive responsibility, including managing product managers.
• 4+ years leading product teams, with ability to hire, develop and retain talent.
• Experience building digital and AI-enabled products or platforms from early stage.
• Experience defining product models combining digital tools and human-delivered services.
• Strong business acumen linking product decisions to revenue and strategy.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design and GTM in integrated development.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the digital consulting platform, prioritizing value delivery.
• Translate customer needs and market signals into a prioritized backlog with rationale.
• Collaborate with Content & Knowledge to evaluate knowledge readiness for productization.
• Define the service catalog model for fixed-scope consulting services on the platform.
• Coordinate with Autodesk product teams to align platform strategy with product roadmaps.
• Maintain relationships with customers and design partners for direction and feedback.
• Work with GTM and delivery leadership to feedback loops between field teams and product team.
• Monitor competitive landscape and trends in professional services and AI-enabled delivery.
• Define success metrics for platform adoption and customer outcomes; drive iterative improvement.
• Lead and grow a team of product managers across platform capabilities, industry solutions, tools, services.
• Establish discovery, prioritization, stakeholder communication, and go-to-market discpline.
• Ensure requirements are technically feasible with Architecture & Engineering; deliver iteratively.
