Job summary

Autodesk in the United States seeks a Senior Manager, Product Management to define and lead the digital consulting platform strategy and roadmap. You will own the product vision, mentor PMs, and align with engineering, GTM, and knowledge teams to deliver scalable digital offerings.

You will define success metrics, validate customer value, and shape an AI-enabled product strategy that supports growth and recurring value for paying customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with progressive responsibility
• 4+ years leading product teams and hiring/developing talent
• Experience building digital and AI-enabled products or platforms
• Experience coupling digital tools with human-delivered services

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the digital consulting platform
• Translate customer needs and market signals into a prioritized backlog
• Collaborate with Content & Knowledge to evaluate knowledge readiness for productization
• Define the service catalog model and how services are packaged and delivered
• Coordinate with Autodesk product teams to align platform strategy with roadmaps
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and design partners for feedback
• Partner with GTM and delivery leadership to close feedback loops
• Monitor industry trends to inform differentiation and strategy
• Define success metrics for platform adoption and customer outcomes
• Lead and grow a team of product managers across portfolio areas
• Develop discovery practices and go-to-market coordination
• Ensure feasibility with Architecture and Engineering, and report to leadership
