Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Product Manager for People Insights & Solution Design (PI-SD) to own the shift of PPL from a fragmented toolkit to a unified experience and data layer. You will translate employee and business problems into product strategy, requirements, and measurable outcomes, collaborating with engineering and design teams and PPL leaders.

Qualifications

Translate ambiguous employee and business problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Translate domain objectives into measurable outcomes and success metrics.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership teams to deliver iterations and adoption.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy and roadmap for an assigned PPL domain portfolio, including AI-enabled products, applying framework and governance across the portfolio.
Own visibility across every tool, vendor, and contract in your domain, driving renewal, divestment, and consolidation backed by business cases.
Translate ambiguous problems into clear requirements and acceptance criteria for delivery and adoption.
Partner with ESE engineering teams daily, serving as the accountable product voice from requirements through launch.
Define and own KPIs for your domain, connecting product metrics to the broader PPL talent strategy.
