- Own the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Snap’s Salesforce platform and connected tools across Sales, Small & Medium Customers, Business Operations, and Support
- Partner with end users, business owners, and engineering to translate workflows and pain points into clear requirements and acceptance criteria, and lead UAT and business sign-off
- Define an AI-forward direction for CRM, applying agentic workflows with human-in-the-loop oversight and the right privacy and security guardrails
- Own business-impact metrics (adoption, productivity, data quality) and drive launch readiness, training, and post-launch measurement
