Job summary

Affirm is seeking an outstanding product manager who will join the Credit & Pricing Product team, shaping consumer credit, underwriting, merchant pricing, and loan economics across merchants and channel partnerships. You’ll define strategy with cross‑functional teams, create specs and prototypes for attractive financing terms, and analyze the impact of features using data.

This remote‑first role in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of product or related experience in consumer finance, payments, underwriting, and ML models.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS or equivalent practical experience.
• Data-driven approach with willingness to test and learn and ship impact.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy with Credit & Pricing engineering, analytics, and GTM teams.
• Define new products and features with specs and prototypes for financing terms.
• Analyze the impact of product features and define success metrics.
• Collaborate with Credit, Pricing, Commercial, Design and Engineering to launch and scale.
• Support initiatives interfacing with Affirm’s Credit & Pricing capabilities across orgs.
