Job summary

Twitch, an Amazon company, is seeking a Product Engineering Leader to grow creators' revenue by delivering impactful, full-stack features. You will lead a cross-functional team across subsystems and play a pivotal role in shaping product experiences for creators.

You will report to senior leadership and help drive strategic initiatives across Subscriptions, Gifting, Turbo, Bits and Hype Train, with the option to be based in Seattle or San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
• 8+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in people management.
• Experience with web services, cloud infrastructure, and system design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; clarity of thought is critical.
• Ability to attract, hire and retain engineering talent.
• Comfortable operating within an ambiguous and changing environment.
