Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience.

• Experience with Counter-UAS, RF systems, radar, EO/IR, C2 systems, drones, or tactical communications is a plus.
• Strong customer-facing skills: requirements gathering, demos, workshops, and executive discussions.
• Ability to translate technical, operational, and business needs into clear product plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in or near Huntsville, Alabama.

• Own product management activities for Sentrycs’ U.S. customers and partners.
• Collect, analyze, and prioritize customer requirements, operational feedback, and U.S. market needs.
• Translate complex use cases into clear product requirements and roadmap recommendations.
• Work closely with Engineering/R&D, system engineering, sales, Business Development, customer success, and leadership teams.
• Support customer meetings, demos, field trials, pilots, and operational deployments.
• Define requirements for complex hardware/software integrated systems and full solution offerings.
• Support go-to-market activities, including product positioning, competitive analysis, and sales enablement.
• Understand U.S. market needs, bring structured input to the Product and Engineering/R&D teams, and ensure these needs are reflected in the overall company roadmap.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Managerto join Sentrycs' U.S. team and lead product management activities in the U.S. market.

The role requires strong product management experience, deep understanding of complex systems, and proven ability to work with hardware/software integrated solutions.
