Job summary

Fieldguide, a remote-first startup based in San Francisco, seeks a seasoned Product Manager for Corporate Internal Audit. You will own the strategy and roadmap to win market share, leveraging AI agents to streamline planning, risk assessment, execution, and reporting across audit lifecycle.

You will partner with executive stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and clients to translate requirements into scalable product features, shaping the future of enterprise audit software.

Qualifications

• 5–15+ years of product management experience.
• Experience with internal audit, SOX, risk, or regulated compliance workflow.
• Fluent in audit vocabulary: entity-level controls, risk and control matrices, walkthroughs.
• Strong technical fluency: comfortable discussing LLMs and agent architectures with engineers.
• Ability to maintain strategic position under pressure from stakeholders and adapt.
• Able to translate detailed workflows into clear product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Shape product strategy for Fieldguide's corporate internal audit line from market entry to roadmap.
• Build enterprise-grade AI agents to improve efficiency, quality, and practitioner experience across audit lifecycle.
• Partner with customer success, sales, and marketing to collect feedback and drive adoption of features.
• Collaborate with senior buyers (CAEs, VPs Internal Audit, IT Heads) onsite and feed learnings back into the roadmap.
