Job summary

Fieldguide, a remote-first startup, seeks a Senior Product Manager for its corporate internal audit line. You will shape the strategy from market entry to a sequenced roadmap and build enterprise-grade AI agents to improve efficiency, quality, and practitioner experience across the audit lifecycle.

Collaborate with customer success, sales, and marketing to drive adoption and translate audit workflows into actionable requirements.

Qualifications

• 5–15+ years PM in internal audit, SOX, or regulated compliance.
• Fluent in audit vocabulary and comfortable discussing LLM/agent architecture.
• Ability to translate workflows into product requirements under pressure.
